Received someone else's order. Returned for a refund. Only offered a 5% discount off another order, which I obviously turned down - no other compensation offered. Would have put 0 stars if it let me! Will NEVER use this company again - AVOID!!!!!!!!

Ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy A3 2016 as I really like this phone. The Samsung operating system is great and the phone fits in my pocket. (Everything newer is the size of a TV - annoying). The whole process was excellent. Easy to use website and the phone turned up in just a couple of days, well packaged and exactly as described - practically 'factory fresh'. Couldn't be more pleased. To be fair I can't comment on functionality as so far I've just checked the camera works properly (which is why I needed it) but the phone started up as if it were brand new out-of-the-box with all the inherent 'new user' set-up things to do so I really don't have any doubts about it. I'd not heard of BackMarket before but totally impressed with the whole buying process and product quality. Would definitely use again.

Even though the condition was stated as 'fair' I couldn't find a single indicator that it was a used phone. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be getting a refurbed phone in future when needed. Also the phone was delivered the next day.

As usual, BackMarket delivered a great item, working fine, no problems
