Purchased "Good Condition" and has like new condition! Works perfectly no missing parts, all accessories included. Perfect suction and not too heavy.

I'm a bit disappointed with the performance of this hoover. It doesn't vacuum well, you have to vacuum several times, which wastes time. The battery doesn't last very long (barely 30 minutes) and then you have to wait ten minutes for it to recharge.

The product was defective, I preferred to return it for a refund, but my request had not been taken into account and I had to refuse the new delivery and wait until later for the refund. As far as the sale price is concerned, I think that the discount compared to the new price was very small, but when I wanted to buy a refurbished item I didn't have much choice. I had to buy a new one in the shop for less money.
