The refurbisher never delivered the hoover, but marked it as delivered on the app. I opened a first tucjet, then a second - with no response. Then I called customer service for the first time, asking them to contact the refurbisher to send me the hoover. They told me it was OK. I called again this morning, and customer service told me that they had asked for a refund (although I had confirmed that I wanted a re-delivery, not a refund). So I asked again for a re-delivery, not a refund, and they confirmed that they would take care of it. Then I was told that I would get a refund. In short, very disappointed.

Same experience as the previous comment. I receive the hoover, the brush doesn't work, I send it back for repair, they explain to me that the repairer only gives refunds. I ask if they can replace it for me instead, so that I don't have to recommend another one (knowing that the item is in stock on the site), but it's impossible. I would have recommended one, but in view of the previous comment, I don't fancy it and my case was not isolated! Otherwise everything else was fine, but in the end I no longer have a hoover and I was refunded, so I'm not sure it's worth it ^.

Product arrived in very good condition. The appliance keeps its promises in terms of autonomy of 45 minutes. Handy hoover.
