The appliance delivered did not work properly: unable to return to its base, it went round in circles, unable to go straight and left, when charging the battery: Error 3, then Error 5. We sent the vacuum back. Very disappointed by this second-hand purchase. Was it tested before being sent?

This "very good condition" device did not work. I was never able to charge it, even if I cleaned the charging connectors. I sent it back. I lowered the score for delivery and packaging, both impeccable, to better reflect the fact that I received a faulty item, clearly not tested before dispatch... I found a more recent model of Roomba hoover, £140 cheaper and in perfect working order in an online cash and carry shop... I regularly buy from Back market, but unfortunately the experience is very unpredictable. On the other hand, the customer service is top notch, so you don't take too many risks in the end. Just time wasted.
