Coffee machine in very good condition but a little noisy.

It does not function properly.

Good product, works perfectly, like a new coffee machine. Customer service very good, but delivery was a horror. They delivered my package to someone else and I had to worry about tracking it down and picking it up. The delivery man didn't bother to check if that address and that person was the recipient. He delivered it where he saw fit, to a place that has nothing to do with me. For my next order, I will make sure that it is another delivery company, otherwise I will not buy anything here again.

Je suis très satisfaite de ma machine, elle fonctionne très bien et le délai de livraison a été respecté. Les seuls petits défauts que j’ai pu remarqué étaient que la boite de la machine et du colis étaient quand même un peu abîmées et l’endroit pour mettre les capsules et un peu noirci et ça n’en part pas au lavage. Sinon super je recommande!

Estoy satisfecho con el servicio que prestan y de hecho los quiero felicitar, solo sugerirles que valoren disminuir el coste de envio por que es un porciento elevado comparado con el del producto, muchas gracias.

El funcionamiento de mi cafetera es genial pero llego un poco manchada de cafe , Deberia de llegar limpia . Pero funciona perfecta .
