Plantronics Calisto P620 Audio accessories

Dear Sirs, The Calisto P620 that you sent me has a problem. Bluetooth connection works and the sound is good, but when I ask the PC to extract the audio to the Calisto via USB nothing happens. The USB dongle is blue and seems to work (I have re-paired the machine) but the Calisto does not produce any sound. And yet, via Bluetooth it works without problems. But the reason we bought this equipment was to add it to a PC in a meeting room and be able to have a microphone in the middle of the room, and the communication (audio in the speakers or microphone from the plantronics) is not working. How could we reach the seller? Thank you!
