out of 3 delivered devices, 2 are defective and they were sold as excellent. this is very bad. The service is making an effort, but this process will certainly take 1-2 weeks, during which I am dependent on the devices. It seems to me that the devices have not been checked correctly.

The fact that the battery is totally broken and no longer available makes a better rating impossible.
