Except battery getting drained relatively faster than expected, so far the phone functions are working fine for last 2 weeks. Probably after a month or 2, I'll be able to provide a comprehensive feedback. Phone screen has scratches. So that was a bit of excitement dampner post unpacking. I have used a screen guard to cover it by spending £10.00. While going through the YouTube unboxing vedios, I was hoping on the hope that even I'll get a scratch free product and can show off my new phone!

Phone was as expected, but I unfortunately bought insurance with it. I thought I was covered but NO! Firstly, there's an excess for any damage, no matter how minor. Secondly, in order to use the insurance you have to reset your phone and send it via post meaning you don't have any phone while it is being fixed (usually a total of 7-10 days). Therefore, Back Market insurance can be classified as borderlining on fraud. Lastly, there's absolutely no help on Back Market for anything. If you are past 30 days that's it. They don't care about you as a customer. Please make sure you don't buy anything more on Back Market, or at least use it for 29 days and return if you have to. And please DO NOT BUY their insurance! It's a rip-off and fraud!

The phone is fine, but in many ways it tries too hard to be helpful, or to promote its branding, and it's just really annoying. Like the red "1" on the clock that you can't get rid of, and the constant reminders that I've still got my hotspot on, another thing they've made impossible to turn off. The most annoying thing has been the constant reminders from back market to do this bloody review, but I guess persistence pays off...
