Very disappointing purchase. When you buy a refurbished device, you expect it to be in the same condition as a new one, even if it has already been used. The device was sent as is, in a plain cardboard box, without any of the original packaging, without a user manual, without even a single connection cable, which had to be purchased elsewhere. Although the device was said to be in very good condition, there were significant signs of wear, particularly on the buttons. What's more, less than three months after the first use (fortunately it was working fine), the device switched off (no batteries) and did not restart after replacing them with new ones.
