Really pleased, great phone great service

In good condition but very slow to respond when clicking on apps and the internet.

Very good experience! We buy all our mobiles on the back M site. I look at the reviews given to sellers and am never disappointed. This Nokia is impeccable, the battery lasts extremely well and for a long time. Very functional and fast browsing. I have complete confidence in reconditioned phones because they're close to new and that means you don't pay too much when you can't afford it, and recycling is good for the planet!

The 2 Nokia I bought are locked by the old administrator, no possibility of creating a new google account and therefore no possibility of downloading applications. I have to return the 2 phones I gave for christmas.

I returned the product for a refund more than a week ago, following the application instructions, and I have still not received any news from the seller nor have I received a refund. Thank you.

You have to get used to the interface which doesn't work in the same way as my previous androids. On the other hand, overall I'm pretty happy with my purchase for a laptop while waiting to be able to return something else..but my god it struggles🙄. The interface starts not responding regularly enough.

the item is in impeccable condition, but there are complications getting it to work, the touch system is faulty and I am certainly incompetent to use it. I would like to return it to you free of charge and with no refund, as it will never be operational and will remain packed away in a drawer. I await a reply from you, thank you
