As with my previous purchase, the phone is fine. The only quibble was that the cable wasn't correct for the phone. It was a C type and was the same at both ends, by which I mean that it was the small C type at both ends, the same as would fit into other phones. The phone was for my son and fortunately the cable for his previous phone fitted so he could charge.

my son brought this phone with his birthday money he is really pleased with it and says it does everything he needs. he's 13 so didn't/doesn't need a top spec high price tag phone. very good battery and can play the ges he wants.

Absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated. My parcel never arrived, delivered to the wrong address, and yet I have been made to run round in circles. Still no refund. I will not drop this, how many people is back market robbing?

On opening the package I immediately realised this phone wasn't going to suit me. Was in perfect condition, but just not for me. I used their return procedure and the whole thing was really smooth. No queries. I'd got the money bak in my account within that week. Well done and thankyou.

Really impressed with quality, easy to use.

It failed after 14 days !! , completely shutdown and it couldnt charge again. So sad !
