Perfect! Item received 2 days after my order, in perfect condition. It's superb and like new!

Condition should be very good, accessories were incomplete, the existing ones damaged (bent, scratched). Device was totally dirty and had scratches. On the positive side, it should be emphasised that a return was offered. But on the one hand, the cost was too high due to the poor packaging, and on the other hand, no identical replacement device was available. The defective accessories were reordered from Ninja and the device was thoroughly cleaned. 1 star for the technical function, 2 more stars for the response to the complaint. In the end, I paid almost the same price for a used device with accessories as if I had ordered directly from Ninja.

The manual air fry button doesn't work. I can't slide it to the right and it won't start.
