After use I validate. Pro seller! I received the appliance as new and it came with its tongs and quick start guide + recipe booklet, so it's pretty complete. As for the packaging, there was nothing to complain about, the box was well cared for and the appliance was well secured inside when I received it. So I'm very satisfied, given the new price.
