Bought at a high price because it was advertised as being in perfect condition, it turns out that the parcel arrived half-open due to a lack of protection. The overall cleanliness of the robot is questionable. The main base is sticky and one of the bowls very badly cleaned. Both bowls are scratched on the outside, and one is clearly worn at the foot. One lid and one cooking basket show very clear signs of wear. Clearly not serious about assessing the condition of the product and its price. I would not recommend this Back Market service
