The delivery went well. The product is functional but has some serious shortcomings. The battery runs down after less than two hours of use on a video game that's not very demanding. And it lasts barely longer when watching TV series. I bought the device a few weeks ago. The battery heats up very quickly when playing video games and lately it has stopped charging. Using a mouse seems to disturb it and I now have to look for keys with symbols that require ALT GR because the symbols don't correspond to the keys. For the azerty keyboard it works. I've just reset it to factory settings. And switched to Windows 11. For 750 euros it's a disappointment.
