I’m v satisfied with purchase, so far. Back market gets good reviews so thought I would take a chance as my budget is limited. Item is mint as far as I am concerned and fully operational. I have absolute confidence that this product will last for a few years at least.

Settling in

For the price paid, this was really a good deal. minimal scratches barely visible. came with a data cable.

So pleased with this phone. I bought it for my son as his first phone, as I didn't want to spend a fortune. I've been so impressed with the quality and price, I'll be coming back when I need to buy my next phone!

I am so happy with my new phone! It works perfectly and is in perfect condition (despite being listed as "very good") and I am so glad I have helped in a small way to reduce the masses of electronic waste out there. There would have been absolutely no point buying a brand new phone, and I have saved a load of money as a bonus. Thanks BackMarket!

Couldn’t be happier. The phone was exactly as described, in mint condition (without a scratch and all the accessories) and it is working perfectly. Ordered on a Sunday and it was with me on the Tuesday. So all round a seamless and very positive experience.

Overall it's really good but when scrolling or tapping sometimes it taps and opens things that I'm not tapping, simply scrolling ontop of or the keyboard won't respond unless I'm really hard on it. It also keeps asking for system updates but it's as up to date as it can be and has done multiple of the same system updates. Apart from that it's perfect and worth the price I got it for.
