The customer service is exemplary. Unfortunately, the battery of the Surface laptop had hardly any capacity left and discharged overnight even when the device was switched off. I made use of the hassle-free return service and have already received another Surface.

Really fast delivery. Everything is great. The battery is a bit weak but I can't complain at such a price. Everything really top 👍🏻

The Surfacebook is absolutely top-notch. The only thing I might criticise is that it is not Windows 11 compatible. It would have been nice if the note had been in the description, but maybe I simply overlooked it. But no matter, you can live with Windows 10.

Das Gerät ist in sehr gutem Zustand, man kann eigentlich nur der Tastatur anmerken, dass es überhaupt Second hand ist. Nach vielen Käufen bei Backmarket bin ich mal wieder sehr zurfrieden mit diesem Kauf.

The device purchased does not have many faults... The problems it has were not placed in the description.... I was surprised because it was listed as good... but it has a bad battery and a 'flickering' screen so the writing and images are double... I was disappointed...

I can't complain and am happy with what I get
