A good product with 1 or 2 minor drawbacks. The tablet performs quite well. I'd have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for one thing in particular: an (invisible) line on the screen that seems to be completely insensitive to digital contact. As a result, whenever I want to click on the first line of my Gmail messages or sometimes on the bar of a video, nothing happens. I have to move the application or browser around the screen to be able to touch the section I'm interested in. It's a bit annoying and a shame. Well, at this price, I'm not going to send the tablet back for that. Everything else works fine! Thanks Backmarket.

Barely 2 years after purchase, battery completely dead... Even on mains power, it doesn't work (despite the charger's light being on) Very disappointed. We bought reconditioned but in the end... It's a shame we'll be going back to new!

Je suis ravie de mon achat. Ta tablette est comme neuve, pas une seule égratignure. De plus j'ai été très surprise de la recevoir avec son clavier et son stylet ( qui sont des articles plutôt coûteux).

Rien a dire! Juste parfait! Parfaitement bien emballé, dans une boîte Microsoft reconditionné . Livraison extrêmement rapide, Produit comme neuf!

Produit tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Très agréablement surprise de son fonctionnement comme neuf ! Avec un plus un bonus dans la commande qui fait grand plaisir et je recommande sans problème !

Produit fonctionnel et en bon état général. Je regrette toutefois un défaut d'aspect dissimulé sous un autocollant et quelques rayures à l'arrière, qui donne à la tablette un aspect entre bon et très bon état, mais certainement pas "comme neuf"...
