Super fast delivery. The condition of the device is better than expected. I ordered "Excellent" and received an absolutely new device without the slightest sign of use or scratches. All in all, I am more than satisfied! Gladly again ;)

The MacBook came with a note that described exactly how to set up the keyboard. It was a strange sequence, and the note said that if you didn't do it exactly the same way, the MacBook supposedly wouldn't work. No sooner said than done. Unfortunately, the keyboard didn't work that way. It was jammed. I thought it was scetchy and did it the other way round like the instructions and it worked. A bit of a strange partner to work with in my opinion. I've often ordered from refurbed, but they've never sent me such a strange note. Like what? Why should the Mac not work because of the keyboard setting?

Unfortunately, a few feared problems: a few months after purchase, the battery heats up quickly and runs with a loud fan, so even after a very short time (1-2 hours) in Google not always, but very often the message that the device is about to switch off. In addition, parts of the keyboard, especially the shift key, do not always respond. Must now find a time gap to send in the Macbook within the warranty period.

Super quality. No scratches or dents. The display and keyboard are also in good condition. The battery is also very good with 96% capacity. The MacBook was delivered very securely packaged. I am completely satisfied. The condition was stated as "very good" (not "good" as incorrectly stated here) and this was completely correct. One could also have assumed "As new".

The delivery took place surprisingly quickly within two working days. The device was ordered in "good" condition. In fact, apart from slight signs of use on the underside, no defects were found. I would almost describe the condition as "very good". The device works perfectly. So far, no drops in performance have been detected.
