Il computer non era come mi aspettavo, da un grado B (molto buono) non ci si aspetta che abbia così evidenti segni di usura. Anche perché a volte i grado C sono messi meglio. Il MacBook scaldava stranamente troppo e ho preferito renderlo. La tastiera è arrivata QWERTY italiana standard ISO e non quella americana coi tasti sostituiti come ogni tanto capita. Esperienza con back market sempre clamorosa. Senza ancora rispedire il MacBook mi hanno già riemesso il codice promozionale che avevo usato permettendomi di acquistare subito un altro MacBook, e il rimborso poi è avvenuto in meno di 2 gg lavorativi.MacBook Pro Retina 13.3-inch (2018) - Core i7 - 16GB SSD 512 QWERTY - ItalianPurchased on the 13 March 2024

Il computer è arrivato con batteria da sostituire, e visibilmente graffiato nonostante fosse un grado B. Servizio clienti Back Market da rivedere, specie perché non hanno capito che il computer ha un problema alla batteria e non può essere messo in vendita in questo modo, mentre loro continuano a sostenere il contrario.
