My Honest Review of My Recent Order from Back Market I recently placed an order through Back Market and wanted to share my experience with anyone considering buying refurbished tech from them. I ordered a MacBook Pro Retina 15-inches (2018) and was pleasantly surprised overall. The device arrived earlier than expected and was well-packaged, with no signs of damage during shipping. In terms of condition, I chose the Good option as there was a deal, and I’d say it lived up to expectations. I didn’t find any scratches or dents. Functionally, the device worked right out of the box. I ran a few tests, and everything from the battery health to the screen responsiveness and camera seemed solid. I really appreciated the eco-conscious approach and the fact that I saved a good amount compared to buying the same brand-new device. It also came with a 12-month warranty, which gave me peace of mind. That said, the device is heating up very quickly, and I am unsure if that’s supposed to happen. The heat reaches a point where keeping the device on my lap is unbearable. I reached out to BM and followed recommendations which was helpful. Final Verdict: I’d consider using Back Market again. If you’re comfortable with refurbished devices and want to save money while being a bit kinder to the planet, Back Market is a strong option. Just make sure to read the seller reviews and double-check the warranty details.

MacBook is fantastic haven't encountered any issues with the computer itself yet, and can't imagine I will. Sadly the charger didn't work but after replacing it myself - I'm still extremely happy with the MacBook and can recommend Macteam, or Black Market!!

So far all good. I was very impressed with my laptop. It looked brand new, I could only find 1 chip that you could only make out if you did a thorough inspection. Its unlikely that i will buy new from Apple again, I will continue to get products from Back Market.

it came perfect. it works perfectly. but on the klarna app it says there's no payment and now we are struggling where to pay. I payed £101 for the first payment and the next £202 is split in half.

To be honest I was so pleased when I open the packaging, I purchased the Excellent condition MacBook Pro 2018 and it wasn't looking anything less than a brand new one, the charger and the cable also looked brand new, I can't fault it a bit. All that a side it arrived pretty quick, well packed with special protective sleeve. I would recommend Back Market hand on my heart.
