Después de un mes con mi Macbook Pro 13 puedo decir que estoy muy satisfecha con esta compra. ¡Todo funciona genial! Tiene algunos pequeños rasguños pero no molestan para nada; de hecho, esperaba que tuviera más porque compré el reacondicionado 'bueno'. The delivery was made much sooner than expected. ¡Recommend!

I was never a fan of refurbished products. Until now I bought my first MacBook and it works great. Before I could publish my experience and comments with the equipment, I tested it thoroughly and tried absolutely everything and it works great in terms of performance 10/10. In the physical aspect I give it a 10/10 also because you can hardly notice that it is reconditioned. In my opinion from now on I would recommend the purchase of reconditioned equipment 100%.

Everything is great. The quality was very good but it is excellent...it has no defects. I am very happy. My fault was when I set it up because the keyboard doesn't match, I don't know if the French one stayed on. Can you help me with that? I would certainly recommend buying a refurbished one versus a new one.

Unfortunately, the first laptop arrived with a damaged battery and malfunctioned very badly, but they replaced it quickly. The second one arrived with a broken charger, but I got my money back to buy a new one very quickly. Also, the customer service is very good and fast, thank you Claudia! Overall I am happy.

Bought as "correct" and has arrived without a single scratch on the outside, with the keyboard without marks of use, a brand new compatible charger, and with the battery with ONLY ONE CHARGE CYCLE! The only "but" I could put is that it has a very slight scratch on one side of the screen, which is only noticeable with the screen off if you pay close attention to detail. It's so imperceptible that if you try to take a picture of it, it doesn't come out. I imagine that the battery, being new and given its "correct" rating, is not original, but that's something I can't know and I don't really care. The laptop works great and is ideal for my needs: a powerful Intel Mac on which I can install Windows 11 with BootCamp. And that, for the moment, I can't do with the new Apple Silicon.

The product has not given me any problems so far. The only problem is that, despite having ordered it in excellent condition, it comes with marks and some scratches, which bother me a lot the truth, because if I'm paying for a reconditioned product in excellent condition, they could be a little more careful, more being that one of the aspects that is noted in the state, not having marks or scratches. Otherwise so far so good, we'll see if it continues to work as it does.
