I bought a MacBook pro and I chose the "excellent" option and it was far from that... they say excellent condition has no visible marks on the keyboard and there were, plus the apple was totally smashed, the keyboard light was yellow instead of white and it came a bit dirty, I don't recommend YesAgain reconditioner. However, back market solved my problem quickly and I have ordered another one with another reconditioner.
