My sign in for my previous orders does NOT show my recent iPhone11 purchase Order No:32035027.When I enter the order number your system just list a whole raft of iPhones available to purchase. I was supposed to get paperwork to send back to you my old iPhone11 within the 21 day stipulated period. However, there was nothing in the box with the new Phone11 supplied by BEST4TECH, according to the Delivery Slip. PS. My MacBook purchase and my HP large screen item listed as previous purchases are FINE!! My reaction is that there seems to be glitch in your platform and trying to get help is like walking through treacle!!!!!

I have had a disastrous encounter with Back Market. I had issues with Music Magpie with the MacBook Air they sent me, none of which were resolved. Back Market did not intervene to ensure that my issues were resolved. All they did were forward emails from Music Magpie. Signing emails off as "Greg, Head of Customer Happiness" is a joke and not at all helpful when they done absolutely nothing to make me feel happy!! Don't buy through this website, they are only out for themselves and not the customer.
