Love my refurbished MacBook Air. The speed that it was delivered and the high quality of the computer turned an sh*tty situation (two awful people, seen on CCTV, stole my bag with my laptop in it) into a much better one. The price was great too, If I ever have something stolen from me again, which I hope doesn't happen or I'm looking to upgrade an existing device I'll look at BackMarket (good pun btw) again.

I was absolutely petrified buying off a refurbished brand, but I’ve received my Mac book & it seems to be brand new never used, as it’s let me add Apple care to my Mac book, which means it hasn’t been activated before, so I’m very grateful, came with the charger too, but didn’t come with original packaging so at first my expectations was it was used already, but then I turned it on set it up, and it asked me if I wanted to add Apple care to it meaning it’s not been used before, very happy with my purchase

Super impressed! Had a pretty rubbish experience with a different seller on back market before, so I was initially reluctant, but this seller is great! Really quick shipping, the MacBook appears to be brand new - not a mark on it and battery life is 100%. It came in Apple packaging too which is a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!

I placed my order and the MacBook arrived in under 12 hours, which was impressively quick. The laptop itself was in perfect condition - not a single scratch or mark. It genuinely looks and feels brand new and unused. The battery health is at 100%, and after using it for about two weeks, everything is still working perfectly with no issues at all. I’ll keep an eye on it over time, but so far I feel very confident in this purchase. I’m really glad I chose Back Market and would definitely recommend if considering a refurbished device.

Really pleased with the purchase. The MacBook looks as stated, almost no signs of wear. The only thing is the battery was 94% with 264 cycles, but that's still pretty good as I didn't choose the 'new battery' option. All in all, really pleased with my MacBook Air!

Really happy with my MacBook Air, arrived quickly and as described. It was my second attempt at ordering one from back market, there was an issue with the first one but I can’t fault the customer service I received and returning the incorrect item for a refund was straightforward. Will definitely use again.
