Ordered "good" - came like new I ordered this MacBook in "Good" condition and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived looking brand new. The laptop was exceptionally clean, with no signs of wear, and everything worked perfectly. Battery health was 96% which is great, performance was excellent, and the screen and keyboard were in fantastic condition. Overall, it exceeded my expectations for a used device, I would definitely recommend this seller to anyone looking for a quality refurbished MacBook. I recently purchased a MacBook Air M2 from Back Market, and I have no words to express how amazing it is! This is my first time buying a refurbished product, and honestly, I was a bit scared about its condition. But when it arrived and I checked it, it looked brand new! The battery health is 100%, and the charging cycle was only three times, which is incredible. There’s not a single scratch, not even on the screen or keyboard. If Back Market had shipped it in the original MacBook box, no one would believe it’s refurbished! I’m really happy and satisfied with my purchase. It was in great condition when I received it in its Apple box. Apart from a small scuff on the top corner, the screen and keyboard were in mint condition. It was easy to set up and transfer my data to it from my old laptop. And it is proving very efficient and perfect for my video calls and work.

The device is practically brand new (the battery life is at 82%, however i still think that is good for everyday university use, i can always replace it later) The quality is very good, feels super durable and the shipping didn’t even take that long, I basically ordered on friday and got it on saturday #goated. The screen is hella vibrant and Im actually so happy that I can watch youtube vids on 4k resolution 😛😛 the backlit keyboard is so good too for typing in the dark.

It looks and feels brand new! Extremely happy with it. I had an issue with the charging cable not working and the company sent me a working one straight away. I also had an issue with the first laptop I bought on Back Market as the battery was draining rapidly, but I was able to get a complete refund no hassle and as soon as the money came back into my account I purchased this one and it works perfectly.

I’m so pleased with my MacBook it’s absolutely perfect for me as I’m starting out writing a book about a very personal journey I’ve been on all my life. I have a Mac at home but needed the flexibility and freedom of going anywhere (normally my favourite coffee shops) to write. I’m super pleased with my MacBook it’s in perfect condition and other than a little mark on the cover it looks brand new. It worked right from the go and once I’d sorted out my AppleID it was like I’d never been away. I guess my only concern was how good the battery would be but it’s absolutely fine I’ve used it out and about and the battery has kept me going for a couple of hours (there’s only so much coffe a girl can drink😂) with plenty left in the tank.
