I initially had some issues with the first laptop that was delivered, but I was able to use the swap option to get a replacement without any hassle. The process was smooth and really convenient. The replacement laptop arrived in good condition and works perfectly. I am very happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend Back Market. Very good overall. The casing has hardly any scratches, or they’re almost invisible. One caveat, however: a problem with battery charging. During the first time I charged it from the mains, the charge was unstable and the batteries continued to lose power. Although not the original charger, it does provide the correct power output. On the next restart, plugged directly into the mains, the battery charged normally. Something to keep an eye on.

Apart from a few scratches on the back of the screen (the plastic is a bit 'soft'), everything is really impeccable. Refurbished system, top-notch battery, it's really not worth buying new!

Honestly, the device's condition was better than I expected. There are a few minor flaws, but nothing that bothers me. And the laptop works perfectly. Also, the Windows version installed did not have any bloatware that I didn't want.

Everything works perfectly, I didn't think that 256GB didn't allow for much storage knowing that 3/4 is already taken by the system. But the computer is in good condition, arrives perfectly packed and quickly.
