It's not as good as it sounds, the warranty is voided for any little thing on the device even if it has nothing to do with what has broken down. For example, the charging cable breaks and the keyboard stops working and they claim that the cable is broken, which has nothing to do with the keyboard, to say that the warranty is void. I am very disappointed with the company. I hope my warning is of value to someone.

Que du positif, j'ai eu l'article que je voulais avec un prix extraordinaire et dans un temps record. Je suis très satisfaite et je n'hésite pas à commander d'autres articles. Bravo à toute l'équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa réactivité.

L'entreprise chargée du reconditionnement aurai pu nettoyer le clavier et sur la face arrière de l'écran. Sur le clavier il manque un morceau de plastique entre la touche R et T. Sinon le produit fonctionne correctement.

Tout était au top. Juste un mini bémol sur la manière dont il était emballé pour la livraison dans une boîtes démesurément grande (et l'ordinateur était déjà allumé dedans). Mais finalement, je suis très contente du produit donc je recommande !

Colis bien arrivé et rapidement. Le T470 fonctionne super bien. (après avoir virer Edge !!). Bravo BackMarket merci et à bientôt.
