Very disappointed with my 1st experience of buying refurbished, many advertising emails received afterwards and then impossible to get help on the site at the 1st problem. Computer bought 2 months ago, used occasionally then daily for 4 days. It shut down and could not be restarted after warning of a Lenovo update. Impossible to delete and back up my data. So I can't continue with the after-sales service. The Backmarket "send a message" page with a photo sends me back to the same proposal to obtain an impossible solution when I try to send this message and photos.

Very happy. delivered on time and after a year of use the computer is still working as well as ever.

Good value for money. Performance is as expected. The only downside for those who work a lot with numbers is the lack of a numeric keypad on the right-hand side of the keyboard.
