Very good, the product is in very good condition as proposed and which was an option I had taken. No scratches, screen impeccable, shell in very good condition, just barely perceptible traces of labels from the fleet of the company where it was. For a first try and the intended use as a diagnostic case, it's a satisfactory purchase, the packaging was done with care and the cleanliness of the laptop gave the illusion of a new product. It was a faultless purchase for my first experience of a second-hand product.

The laptop is in very good condition. It arrived with Windows 10 in German because the seller is in Germany. After checking that everything was in order, I installed Windows 11 in English and added 4Gb of ram. It would have been a plus if the seller had installed an OS in English. Especially as the portqble is sold with a French azerty keyboard. The batteries have 174 and 44 cycles. For a 4-year-old laptop, that's very reasonable. The remaining battery life is 90% and 84%. Overall, I'm pleased with the value for money. A brief comment on the packaging. The laptop arrived wrapped in cellophane, attached to a piece of cardboard inside the box. The laptop was well secured and there was no risk of breakage. But bubble wrap or other more professional protective materials would have been appreciated.
