Delivery: Impeccable, even earlier than expected. The packaging of the computer in the box seemed to me a little light to absorb shocks, but it was secure (little/no play in the box). Condition of the device: Really dirty. The least you can do when refurbishing a computer is to clean it! After cleaning the many greasy spots on the screen, I had to remove human and animal hair from around the screen and the keyboard keys... Not to mention the dust. Some scratches on the back, but nothing unexpected given the condition advertised on the website. Hardware: As described. Software: Recent version of Windows (11, 23H2). A Windows system installation in French (or at least in English) would have made the setup easier than the Dutch version I received (thanks to google lens for the translations). Overall, satisfied with the product (but I hope that more attention will be paid to the cleanliness of the devices in the future).
