iMac 27" (2020) Core i7-10700K AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT - 512 Go SSD - 8 GB AZERTY - French Standard glass

I needed to upgrade to a newer OS, little did I know the new one upgraded itself to the very latest 2025 version. Well happy. This is the 3rd time I think I've used Back Market, I prefer the 27” monitor that, for some reason aren't available anymore from Apple. I took one over to Croatia to use at home there. All in all good company that do what they say and swift turnaround on orders.

Arrived within 2 days of ordering, really well packaged. Despite being in 'good' condition it looks brand new - zero signs of wear and the screen is immaculate. Can't fault it. Have migrated my old Mac onto it and have been using it daily for 2 weeks, and have had no issues, apart from it's so fast I don't have an excuse to play with the cat whilst waiting for InDesign to boot up. Cat not happy. Would definitely buy from them again. 10/10

Amazing quality! Looks perfect still. I ordered the excellent condition and it was pretty much perfect - apart from a few small scratches as expected but all in hidden places. The keypad wouldn’t work so I did have to order a new one but otherwise looks great!

I ordered an iMac which is arrived earlier than expected! I opened on Friday 13th... and guess what the machine was running but the screen wasnt on. I contacted with BackMarket and they gave me a really quick response and the computer was on the way back for repair. Next thing I know its arrived back again on a Friday and its working! The guys from AH Technology leave me a note too. They said on arriving the iMac was working and it is! Awesome machine! I love it! I would recommend to buy computers from these guys! Awesome service! I cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you!

My iMac arrived way faster than expected and its condition is mint {it even came with the original packaging & plastic seals}. I could not be happier with my very 1st purchase on Back Market. It will definitely not be my last. Thanks BM, you rock!

I had to return it because it did not conform with the promised specification, the RAM was mixed up and therefore throttled and it would not work with my second screen, which was (and is once again) fine with my old iMac
