Tras la compra de un iMac de casi 2000 €,Se nos indica que el equipo viene totalmente revisado y con el mantenimiento realizado antes de su entrega, con un teclado español de apple y ratón de apple. Procedemos a recibir el equipo y recibimos un equipo incompleto, le falta el cable del disco duro, totalmente exento de mantenimiento como se puede apreciar en las imágenes que les hemos enviado a BACKMARKET, con un teclado que ni siquiera es español y mucho menos de apple al igual que el ratón, imágenes también enviadas a BACKMARKET. Directamente se desentienden y nos indican que como hemos abierto el equipo para realizar el mantenimiento y ver que le pasa al disco duro, hemos incumplido con su política. Este último punto de abrir el equipo, no lo vamos a cuestionar, pero el teclado y el ratón no se corresponde con lo que han vendido, por lo tanto es una ESTAFA EN TODO REGLA, que procederemos a denunciar.iMac 27-inch Retina (Early 2019) Core i5 3GHz - SSD 512 GB - 64GB QWERTY - SpanishPurchased on the 12 December 2023
