Huawei P20 Pro 128GB - Gold - Unlocked

Great phone - 'good' condition seems much better than that overall, pretty much as new I'd say. The battery doesn't hold charge as well as my old Huawei (at 50% instead of 70% after a typical day) but that's not a problem, and kind of what I'd expect for a second hand phone. Overall great value for money and I expect to be using backmarket more regularly now.

Phone is impeccable! The device itself is absolutely excellent, performs wonderfully though the camera is unreliable in quality and is running a version of android 10 that, in fairness, is still receiving feature updates. Screen is nice, unlocks lightning fast which can be appreciated considering the nightmare of certain in screen fingerprint sensors. I was very concerned for the battery, since this is a phone released in early 2018.. and it's now late 2023. I'm happy to report that was undoubtedly sorted out in the refurbishment of this phone and it lasts splendidly; waking up at 7am, enduring light-medium use until I charge it at 1am the next morning at around 5%. One thing to note: there is NO WIRELESS CHARGING. Might not be a big deal to some, but for me, moving from iPhone back to Android, I felt this a little. Not to worry though, its USB C port can handle fast charging speeds and takes full advantage of my 45-watt laptop charger! Absolute ZERO performance issues past setting up where you are bombarded with bloatware, and I play a fair few heavy CPU games like Flycorp and Minecraft at high video settings. I cannot stress enough how much I enjoy having an LED notification light back too. Always on displays are nice, but they just don't do it sometimes. You'll notice that there's a lot of choice on this phone in that way with face recognition being fast and usable alongside a passcode and fingerprint sensor. Seems overkill, but I'm a runner and my hands get sweaty quickly so looking at my phone and being able to unlock it that way is a treat for when super quick fingerprint detection isn't an option. Also, this phone is very impressively tough, it's faced some brutal tumbles and it's come out immaculate. I still recommend a case and screen protector though, as the back glass got littered with fingerprint smudge from a simple brush by when I was setting up the phone, and it can make the phone look ugly. I bought in 'good condition' at 120 pounds, so you tell me: is that a bargain or what? This is a massive win for refurbished phones, so go team green!

I'm very happy with the phone. Slightly cheaper than if i bought it brand new, but this is good for the planet, and supports a business at the same time. I loved the way it was packaged, right down to the keys provided to get the sim tray out. If i ever get phoned out again, i would definitely consider using Back Market.

The phone is brilliant, when I went for 'fair' I was a little weary, but apart from some minor scratches to the body, which you don't see when it's in a case, I'd say it's in almost perfect quality. It was delivered early so I was happily surprised, I really have nothing negative to say

Nice

Last P20 pro was dropped and unrepairable - internal damage. This one won't upload because laptop thinks it is the old P20 pro which it reckons was corrupted in its fall. Can you suggest a remedy. Chris Chapman
