Huawei P10 64GB - Green - Unlocked

I bought this phone and it was classed as "fair" quality... Came without even a scratch... Meant to take 3 days to arrive, arrived in 1. Got the phone at almost 80% off usual cost, even second hand... My only problem with Back Market is that I didn't start using them sooner.

Loved it! Now very broken so going to Back Market to get a replacement :)

It isn't very good on the battery so I'm always charging it. it sometimes turns itself off and on

The battery of the phone was completely drained.Two sims were left in the tray... Refurbished?!! Obviously not!! 1.5A cable not really compatible with this phone.One front pentalobe screw turning on itself!! Apart from an offer of £10 for a new battery the company not really reactive. Smart Fleet Ltd should be avoided. Shabby & shoddy service. Backmarket 'certified' seller?? A joke!!

After ordering the product & told by the transporter that it had been 'collected' I was quickly told that delivery would be delayed. I waited delivery date +2 & then contacted the reseller. The explanation was "[the order] .... was not a good product, hence being a refurbished product this would not have lasted in your hands" . Difficult to understand, really!! I was advised that a refund would be made - and this refund was confirmed by Backmarket one day later. I was also given 5% discount on any next purchase. The issue was settled quickly & amically so 5/5 to Backmarket. However, I cannot understand how a refurbisher can refurbish a product so that it 'would not have lasted'!! and ethically how he can still have the item up for sale. Something funny happening here. My guess is that this company is not a refurbisher but a simple reseller!! How many more are out there? From the Backmarket comments section -- quite a few I reckon.

We were sent the wrong phone despite the order saying which one was ordered. The company refused to send us the correct phone until they had their mistake back again. The question is will they send us the phone we ordered and paid for or has it been sold.
