Huawei Mate 20 Pro 128GB - Blue - Unlocked

First time shopping with BM and I didn't have a great experience, I placed an order for a phone, and after a day or two gentlemen called me and said that they had an issue with the phone I had ordered and offered the same phone but different colour, which I was ok with. Once it arrived I discovered that the replacement phone was not a dual sim as in the original order and also the ear speaker was awfully quiet. I have returned the phone and I don't think I will shop with them again.

My phone is good quality. I enjoy using it. My only issue I don't understand is when charging my phone in my car my battery charge reduces instead of increasing. Is there a reason for this?

Die beiden Handys sind in einem top Zustand. Die Geräte laufen so wie sie sollen. Keine Kratzer keine Mängel wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden immer wieder bei euch bestellen. Einfach top und die Lieferung war auch schnell.

Erstmal: Rücksendung und Erstattung liefen einwandfrei! Hab jetzt das 2. Mal, dieses Smartphone gekauft, einmal Akkulaufzeit <24h, einmal Logo in den Bildschirm eingebrannt. Selbst bei einem gebrauchten Handy sollte das nicht sein. Übrigens das 1. bestellte Smartphone landete postwendend wieder im Verkauf (Reparatur?). Das empfinde ich insgesamt als leider nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig.
