The device was in cosmetic and performance condition. However, the charger was getting too hot, l am looking forward to getting another charger to protect the device. I must commend Backmarket for the quality service.

The device is clean but battery doesn’t last more than an hour and the windows is not activated even though I have bought fairly used laptop with activated windows before but the help I contacted was telling me he’s not responsible for the OS of the laptop apart from the hardware.. it was a bad purchase as I need about £220 to activate the windows.. I had already return the first laptop i purchased otherwise I would return it but can’t get my money tied up for another 2 weeks again. Honestly speaking, I Will be very skeptical making another purchase here again.

Great service from back market. Shame the delivery company they use has a lot to be desired. Computer is fabulous. More than I expected for the price. I have purchased several items now and have just ordered an HP screen pen. I will use back market again.

Was a struggle for it to be delivered to me. Yet to open it. Hope the struggle was worth it though

I buy all my phones usually on bakemarket and always satisfied, so I tried this laptop and I do not regret, received in 3 days, it is super thin light touch it folds like a tablet ... excellent, just the battery that goes quickly but I think it is also specific to this model elitebook base which is thin and light. Satisfied 👌
