It's the best. I'm very happy with my purchase. I didn't see any problems with it yet . It works very smoothly and arrived in very good condition, like new. The backMarket , one of the best options for buying great things for less money.

Overall it's a good purchase and I'm happy with the laptop. There were some issues though. The keyboard is US, not UK. More of an issue is that Secure Boot was not turned on in the BIOS, which meant that Windows 11 could not update to the latest version. I had to switch on Secure Boot and then download a hotfix from Microsoft to force Windows to move on the most recent version. As a very experienced IT professional this was no problem for me, but many people might struggle with that.

Delivery was faster than expected. Everything else was about par for the course what I've come to expect from your partners. Condition was decent, looked like it was well looked after.

Good machine, clean and tidy as billed. Windows 11 Pro good, but needed out of support Windows 11 21H2 updating to 23H2, then good to use.

Device in OK condition but has US keyboard not the UK like ordered. Also the right hand side of the screen is visibly lower like its not need installed straight.
