Very good screen resolution, delivery was also relatively quick. The laptop is very fast compared to my old laptop. I am very satisfied and would recommend it to others and I think it's good that Backmarket exists, as you can still make good use of used products and don't always have to buy new things. After all, there is a tomorrow after today!

Dear Sir or Madam, The HP EliteBook delivered *does not correspond to the order*. The processors in the device are specified as 1.7 GHz. The device description states 2.6 GHz. I assumed that this was an unintentional incorrect delivery. I send an email to Laura from Back Market today, 06.11.2023. I am enclosing screenshots / photos from the HP system information. Hello, I ordered a notebook with a German keyboard and received one with an obviously Spanish keyboard whose keys had been pasted over to make it look like a German keyboard. Also, the Spanish person was obviously a smoker... I'll see him back. Best regards
