HP EliteBook 840 G4 14-inch Core i5-7300U - SSD 128 GB - 8GB AZERTY - French

I ordered an Elite Book in "very good condition". It had been completely covered with silver adhesive paper to hide the misery. The paper is peeling off at the corners and edges, there are blisters, and where the paper is peeling off, you can see that the condition of the computer underneath is pitiful. Since when does refurbishing consist of hiding dents and scratches under stickers? I've never seen that before...

I ordered an EliteBook G4 with a 2.6 GHz processor with a French keyboard and I received a 2.5 GHz with a Belgian keyboard. In addition I chose very good condition I would say that it is part of the correct state since the top is completely worn in short !!! A bit disappointed though I must say
