Happy with my purchase in general! Very good PC, the battery seems to be holding up well (I've only had the product for 1 week, so I'll have to wait and see) and the delivery time announced at the time of purchase was respected. However I ordered a PC in very good condition and according to the "Backmarket" criteria it appears that the aesthetic aspect corresponds more to "good condition"! I don't understand why this review is based on "good condition"? My order is clear and clearly states "very good condition"... The price too ;)! The PC had Windows 10 pro but the key was not valid, not filled in, so it was impossible to change the wallpapers and other functions were blocked: I had to buy a Windows key (it's not ruinous => 1 to 2 € on major online retailers). The HP drivers weren't installed, so I couldn't adjust the brightness (error messages): I had to install the drivers to get all the settings active. Finally, the PC wasn't completely clean: I had access to a (Spanish) lady's email inbox, an Epson printer was still active, PDF files (not very confidential) were still present in "my documents", etc.... etc. I think the reconditioning was done quickly and the company in charge did not go the whole way.

Excellent purchase, I don't regret it at all, it holds a charge quite well, around 2H30 / 3H depending on what you do on it. The value for money is really good. I'm really pleased with it.

The computer is perfect, fits correctly in the schoolbag and I'm really pleased, no scratches and in perfect condition!

Fast and careful delivery, pleasantly surprised by the state of the computer, preconfigured perfectly and the most I did not expect is the touch screen, its configuration makes this laptop a high-performance product, fast and fluid. THANK YOU!

The computer arrived quickly and was well packaged 👍 The only small hitch is the non-functioning of a few keys (volume and brightness), fortunately this is manageable as the screen is touch-sensitive 😉 To date, my son is delighted with this purchase, to be seen over time.

perfect, the computer is in perfect condition and works great, it seems a little darker than on the picture though but very good! moreover it arrived in 2 days ? super early even though I don't live in a very big city and far from the capital (no need to buy a little more expensive for it to arrive faster). To be seen in the long term but for now everything is perfect! Thank you Backmarket 🫶
