Very good equipment, fully functional and in excellent condition. All it has is a tiny, imperceptible scratch. The battery is even in good condition, which is quite surprising given the price. A very very good deal.

I've had a problem for a few days. The screen sends me very bright white flashes. I've tried the microsoft support tips, "start PC in safe mode", then uninstall the graphics card... Nothing works and I still get these bright flashes. Well, I'm far from competent in this area. So I'm relying on you... As the equipment is still under your warranty, please help me out or even replace it. I'm away on business and will be returning home on 2 July. Thank you for your next reply. Nelly
