Very satisfied with my purchase, delivered on time. The computer is in impeccable condition and I've been using it almost 10 hours a day since my purchase, with no faults to report. It doesn't hum, it doesn't heat up, in short nothing to complain about 👍 It remains to be seen whether it will hold up over time, but for the moment it's R.A.S.

The only small problem was the state of the battery, which was totally worn out and couldn't hold a charge, so I was forced to buy another one, but overall I'm satisfied with the device, which gives me every satisfaction.

My mouse pad doesn't work I'm on it 🥺🫤 the pc doesn't work properly anymore the battery got damaged I can't use the computer without plugging it in.as soon as I unplug the charger my pc shuts down. 🫤😥

Back market has lost some of its competence in recent years. The reconditioning is totally out of order. They refuse to refund me for a faulty product that they return to me because I sent it to them for repair. We think we're saving money by buying reconditioned products, but the opposite is true. What's more, they are lying because they had written down that they would refund me. I will of course put my opinion on back market everywhere on the internet to inform people not to buy from them as they are only looking out for their own interests without caring about the customer.
