HP EliteDesk 805 G6 Mini Ryzen 5 PRO 4650G 3.7 - SSD 256 GB - 8GB

This mini PC works perfectly well. It had been very well prepared with lots of useful presets and software. I'm very pleased with it.

The pictures didn't match the product. The pc didn't come with the stand to put it vertically, as shown in the picture. Also the pc didn't have the graphics card extension that was shown. And finally the product had more dents and scratches than i would expect given the excellent rating. Overall still ok value for money, but not great.

I bought the device in excellent condition. It was delivered dented, scratched and dusty inside. I then contacted the support team directly. Unfortunately, this is only possible via chat and not by phone. It took a week and a half to resolve the issue. The solution suggested to me was A) send the device back and get the costs refunded. B) get the device replaced. C) a €30 discount as compensation. A) was not an option for me, as I wanted exactly this device. B) could not be guaranteed. C) I just didn't think it was enough and BackMarket didn't agree to a reasonable amount. In the end, I chose option B, i.e. exchanging the device. However, I did not receive a device, but was refunded the amount (very promptly after all). Of course, this does not meet my expectations at all.
