The item was supposed to be discounted from around £300+ to £100'ish, as a first purchase. And thus you would expect a normally sold refurbished phone of £300+ to be capable of decent graphics quality gaming, no issues with loading pauses or freezing, and no slow downs when moving through apps. However this was not the case and made it clear that the information presented was a lie. I then had to relook up the actual phone online, to discover that the paid cost wasn't discounted, but just a few pounds higher then it's normal retail purchase (aka first time purchase) counterpart. So essentially the pricing discount claim was a predatory trick to exploit consumer vulnerabilities.
