Harman Kardon Soho Headphones with microphone - White

Hello, I'm a little disappointed, the ad was missing some information. I am fully aware that a refurbished product is not a new product, but I think it would have been correct to indicate that these headphones were bought in 2018 (in a second-hand shop) for 89€. The product is already over 5 years old and is being resold for €110, i.e. €21 more expensive. I bought the same product in 2021 for €79 from FNAC (new product). What's more, in my opinion the product is not complete, it has no storage pouch, jack cable or charging cable. (It would have been cool to have a complete product for 110€). Finally, the headset works very well in Bluetooth mode, but unfortunately when it's plugged into a wired socket (with a Harman Kardon jack cable from a similar headset) the sound only comes out of one earpiece. Should I consider the product faulty? Having bought this product on the eve of a trip, I'm stuck because the one-month return period will have expired by the time I get back. This is my first experience with Backmarket, and despite all the positive feedback I've received from friends and family, I'm disappointed.

The condition is average, not perfect. the earphones are damaged.
