They sent me the wrong phone. I contacted help and got £10 refunded but no refund for the screen protector and phone case that I had already purchased. They had only 3 options available so basically don't care about anything else. You have been warned.

Purchased 2 years ago. Very well delivered, phone in "perfect condition" bought around 220€ in my memories, received as new with a cord and charger not original (normal for refurbished). After 2 years, the phone still works perfectly. The only downside, which is common to all Pixel 3A phones, is that the charging port doesn't seem to recognise all cables. I'm hoping to use it for another few months or even a year before I have to replace the USB-C charging port.

Perfect shipping and delivery, product arrived in very good condition and with the original box! However, the packaging really needs to be improved... Not even bubble wrap to prevent damage, just a plastic bag even though it comes from the UK, so it must have travelled a long way. So it's a miracle that the box only has slightly damaged corners. I'd recommend it, but the transport package needs to be reviewed.

The mobile phone is tip-top - Bluetooth and WLAN work much more reliably than with the old mobile phone. Delivery was fast and neatly packaged - including charging cable.

The device was delivered quickly, good quality in appearance and use. The battery is good, does not drain extremely fast. Very satisfied.
