Phone was in superb condition and seems to have excellent battery. Fast and efficient service providing an item in brilliant condition.

Condition good - it was better than good it was like new with no marks at all :) :) The set up from the old phone to the new phone was so easy - it did it all for me which is just as well as I am not techy!! *****

Ordered the Pixel 5a on Thursday and received it Friday! The phone is in pristine condition - just as described and couldn't be happier with the service. Would 100% recommend and will be using their services again in future.

The phone is fantastic. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I could not tell that it was a refurb, there were no scratches or chips. The phone is a significant upgrade for me (from a Pixel 3). I am very happy with it and with the prompt and personal customer service I experienced with BackMarket. I've found it very difficult to set up and to operate. I've had it a couple of weeks now and have only just managed to understand it..you need an ology lol lol..the phone itself was in excellent condition..thank you.

The phone is great, the customer service and emails keeping me up to date were fantastic and it was a super speedy delivery. I ordered Thursday,phone arrived Friday. I will only buy my phone's from back market in the future. Plus my phone looked completely unused. I wouldn't be surprised if the box had been opened but never used.
