The phone arrived with lowsy battery life compared to my old (identical) one, Bluetooth doesn't work, camera shows black instead of photos but won't even back up so I can't send the phone back. Waste of money and time - no way to get in touch with the company unless I'm willing to lose all the photographs I've taken since receiving the phone (which I need for work).
