it's brand new no sign of wear and tear at all. keep forgetting that I ordered a refurbished phone. it felt completely new. does not come with an adaptor and I'd suggest researching the exact adapter needed otherwise it won't fast charge, so be careful with that. comes with a wire which is good quality. the only problem is the unboxing experience is not great. but no complaints.

Very good service from Back Market. I ordered my Pixel 10 Pro in 'excellent' condition, and apart from a slightly damaged box, it appears to be brand new. I actually ordered a beige one as that was all that showed as being available on their site, however I was sent a moonstone one - which would have been my preferred choice in any case.

Looks like new. Very simple to transfer everything from my older phone over - I was amazed. Photos very good. Second mobile phone I have purchased from you and very happy with the service provided.

Had the devise a little over a week now. Its perfect and I am still discovering its capabilities. Communications regarding its packaging, dispatch and arrival were bang on. It was packaged well and delivered as described. This is my second time of using Back Market and will most certainly use them again.

Well Frist one ordered went on holiday couldn't use it coz it was not unblocked where I brought it saying unblocked. Second one came which was quite quick great service on that and now phone just cutting out when talking to someone I can't hear them but they can hear me was a choice to send another but I can't be asked changing everything over is just a headache so no not happy.

It's challenging to change from iPhone to pixel ten pro but it's possible. I did it by fast cable but had to wait for a lightening to USB c adapter plug because the charging cable for the iPhone 14 did not work. I already had and used a Gmail account to backup my large photo library to make sure photos were saved at the highest quality, everything else was then transferred by following the helpful screen prompts. I slipped up on WhatsApp and had to do a second wired transfer by following the screen prompts and selecting just my chat history unchecking the boxes for everything else. The new pixel is in excellent condition and I have saved so money and simplified my pc digital world

Excellent condition. As described. Only thing is I received a different colour. Ordered black and received gray. But not a big issue for me.
